After being hospitalized for quite a few diseases, a canine discovered caught to a sidewalk in Florida for days is reportedly making a full restoration.
In response to Tri-County Humane, the canine was discovered caught to a sidewalk on Yamato Drive in Boca Raton, Florida, on January 23. The canine was named Trooper by the shelter that discovered him.
The animal shelter believes the canine had been there for days and was “left to die” given its terrible state.
