After being hospitalized for quite a few diseases, a canine discovered caught to a sidewalk in Florida for days is reportedly making a full restoration.

In response to Tri-County Humane, the canine was discovered caught to a sidewalk on Yamato Drive in Boca Raton, Florida, on January 23. The canine was named Trooper by the shelter that discovered him.
